L’humeur du Chef was initially designed as a cooking class area with the option to be transformed into a restaurant and vice versa. The 3.80-meterwide by 12-meter-long space was envisioned as a single central installation combining the main concrete bar, the bathroom block, the upper storage space, as well as the industrial hood doubling as alighting box. At the center stands the chef, providing diners with a constant gastronomic performance.
